Tyler Echelbarger is a 3rd generation real estate professional in Snohomish County. Born, raised, and currently living in Edmonds, Wa. with his wife Ashley and two kids, Jenkins (3) and Saylor (1).
Tyler attended San Diego State University on a baseball scholarship before transferring and graduating with a Business degree from Azusa Pacific University.
Upon graduation Tyler went to work for Echelbarger Properties, a real estate development company in Lynnwood, Wa. and thereafter chose to work for Coldwell Banker Bain’s Edmonds and Lynnwood offices consulting clients through the process of buying and selling homes and investment properties.
Tyler is in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker agents in the Nation and was Snohomish Counties #1 Coldwell Banker re-sale agent in 2007. He holds a number of real estate designations and has been honored as a member of the Presidents Elite’s, Diamond Society, Platinum Club, and Presidents Circle.
Tyler has a commanding knowledge of real estate transactions including New Construction, Land, Re-Sale, Condominiums, Luxury Estates, Waterfront Homes, and Investment Properties.
Active in the community, Tyler is on the board of the Alderwood Boys and Girls Club, is a volunteer baseball coach at Edmonds-Woodway High School, performs baseball clinics for Pacific Little League, and is active in his local church.
